This is how I start every morning. It's my hot and cold start to the day. A cold refreshing smoothie for breakfast, filled with tons of brain foods and a hot tea to warm me up after!
And of course one of my favorite companions, my computer.
My children love smoothies to start the day. It makes healthy eating easier with my picky little ones. Then I don't feel so bad about letting them have a treat or two during the day:)
The best thing about smoothies is all the things you can hide in them. This smoothie has orange juice, vanilla whey protein powder, Greek yogurt, kiwi, pear, avocado, cauliflower, spinach, strawberries, and blueberries...yummy!!
